My order number is #7837, I paid for my order on 7-18-23 and it was supposed to be shipped on 9-1-23. My order was never sent and I still haven’t received my order. When am I going to get the 50 bars of soap that I paid you for almost 3 months ago? I paid for 50 bars of soap almost 3 months ago and you still haven’t sent them to me. When am I going to get my soap?? Its ridiculous that you make your customers prepay for something and tell them when it will be shipped then you never ship the merchandise that they have paid for and never give them an update on their order that they already paid for. Then your customers have to chase you down to try to get their merchandise. Its also quite ridiculous that you don’t have a number where your customers can call you to try to get the problems with their order corrected. Overall you have terrible business practices. Take some tips from your father on how to run a business like a reputable business person.
